The Annual General Meeting will be held on the basis of article 15 (3) of the company's statues as a virtual Annual General Meeting in accordance with article 118a (1) sentence 1 of the German Stock Corporation Act (AktG), without the physical presence of shareholders or their proxies (with the exception of the company's proxies) at the location of the Annual General Meeting. The location of the Annual General Meeting within the meaning of the German Stock Corporation Act is Rheinmetall Platz 1, 40476 Düsseldorf.

The share must be booked into your portfolio account of your bank on the day of the Annual General Meeting.

Pursuant to article 58 (4) sentence 2 AktG, the claim for payment of the dividend is due on the third business day following the resolution of the Annual General Meeting, therefore on Friday, 16 May 2025.

Those shareholders who hold company shares at the close of business on the 22nd day before the Annual General Meeting, therefore on 21 April 2025, 24:00 CEST (authentic deadline) and who will have registered for the Annual General Meeting in due time are entitled to participate in the virtual Annual General Meeting and, in particular, to exercise their voting rights.
