Rheinmetall Landsysteme GmbH (RLS) is one of the world's leading competence centres for tracked and wheeled armoured vehicles, turret systems and NBC reconnaissance systems. Within the Vehicle Systems division, it forms the Tactical Vehicles business unit, responsible for sales, development, production and order and service processing.
The product portfolio of Rheinmetall Waffe Munition GmbH (RWM) includes weapon systems and ammunition for infantry, direct and indirect fire as well as pyrotechnics and protection systems. RWM specialises in the development and production of large-calibre weapon systems including the corresponding ammunition; these include, for example, the weapon system for the world's most powerful main battle tank, the Leopard 2, and the SMArt 155 search fuse ammunition for artillery.
