About the Team
Located at Military Vehicle Centre of Excellence (MILVEHCOE), the integrated management systems team supports the entire RDA organisation across Australia, New Zealand and the Asia Pacific regions. This is a rare chance to join a collaborative Quality team in a leadership role, playing a key role in managing the management system to cater for our continuing needs of all programs across RDA’s operations.
About the Role
As the IMS Manager, you will develop, implement and improve business processes and our associated systems. Assuring compliance to a range of ISO and other standard requirements, and leading the organisation to achieve best practice integrated management systems. You will also be responsible for the development, certification and ongoing management of the Integrated Management System for RDA.

The experience and skillset best suited to this role includes:
- Hold tertiary qualifications in Quality, Engineering or related technical discipline;
- Completion of recognised Lead Management Systems Auditor training;
- Proven track record with managing complex integrated management systems;
- Comprehensive understanding of ISO 9000 family and NATO Allied Quality Assurance Publications;
- Highly developed stakeholder management skills and experience working with senior management and technical experts;
- An ability to travel internationally and interstate when and if required; and
- Eligibility to obtain an Australian Government Security Clearance (Australian Citizenship required).
