WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- Organisation, management and administration of deliveries
- Checking, closing transit movements, handling of transfer stock
- Receiving and issuing goods and parts
- Data processing in SAP ERP system
- Inventory tracking
- Administration of transit authorisations
- Management of delivery notes
- Preparation of statistics
- Active support for inventory processes
WHAT QUALIFICATIONS YOU SHOULD HAVE
- Minimum 3 years of professional experience in warehousing
- Valid forklift driver's licence (pedestrian, driver's cab, driver's seat) advantageous
- Experience in international ADR transport management would be an advantage
- Experience in customs clearance would be an advantage
- Very good knowledge of the Romanian language (level C1)
- Basic knowledge of English is an advantage
- Reliable, flexible team player
- Knowledge of SAP or equivalent ERP system
- Ability to use MS Office programs
- Knowledge of warehouse movement documentation
