Team leader technical configuration management (m/f/d)

• Technical management of the team
• Implementation of capacity planning
• Preparation of management plans and schedules
• Further development of the supporting IT tools (in particular Siemens Teamcenter)
• Schedule and budget control at team level
• Cooperation and coordination with the engineering departments and the technical project manager (m/f/d)
• Participation in internal and external project-related technical configuration management
• Preparation and implementation of change conferences

• Successfully completed studies in the field of mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, mechatronics or comparable
• Many years of professional experience in the field of technical configuration management
• Good experience in the areas of product structure, technical drawing sets and documentation as well as as-designed baselines of product configuration
• Good knowledge in the application of CM 2 processes for configuration management
• Detailed MS Office and PLM knowledge (Siemens Teamcenter)
• Very good knowledge of SAP/ERP
• Fluent written and spoken English
• Flexibility and good communication and moderation skills
• Willingness to travel
