As an AMS Manager (m/w/d) at Rheinmetall Nordic AS, you will get experience with sales, negotiations, contract management, customer relationship management and follow-up and execution of sales orders.
Depending on your previous qualifications and experience, you will be responsible for After Market Services, such as:
- After Market Sales of products and service solutions.
- Negotiating and managing service contracts and following up with customers.
- Fulfil the role as a Key Account to international and national customers.
- Supporting and conduct demos or training courses on RhN products.
- Resolve customer Claims within the framework of RhNs quality system
- You are a service minded person that understand the customers needs and sees solutions to fulfil these.
- You want to create results, as part of a team.
- A Military background is an advantage but not mandatory. You will get the training needed.
- You may have worked with logistics at company or battalion level, either as an NCO or an officer.
- You may also have Graduated within Engineering, Business Administration, military academy or equivalent education.
- You have technical understanding and basic knowledge in business economics.
- If you have experience in contract management this is a valued competence.
- You take initiative and have the ability to lead and manage a team in a tender process.
- Structured in your everyday planning, execution and reporting of activities.
