WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- Define, create and maintain Reliability, Availability & Maintainability (RAM) analyses for military vehicle and turret systems
- Define RAM specifications for assemblies and functions for internal development areas and subcontractors
- Develop forecasts for reliability, availability and maintainability KPIs for military vehicle and turret systems
- Evaluating technical concepts and development results with regard to RAM
- Define maintenance plans for military vehicle and turret systems
- Close cooperation with internal and external contacts from the ILS division on material maintenance concept definitions (LORA)
- Recording and evaluating field data with regard to reliability, availability and maintainability
- Coordinating work results with national and international customers customers
- Creating topic-related evaluations and status reports for national and international customers
WHAT QUALIFICATIONS YOU SHOULD HAVE
- Technical studies or comparable specialist training with further training as a technician (m/f/d)
- Professional experience in the operation and/or maintenance of military systems is an advantage
- Good technical understanding of functional processes as well as malfunctions and their effects
- Confident in reading and interpreting construction documents, in particular technical drawings and CAD models
- Initiative and excellent analytical skills
- Knowledge of requirements management (requirements engineering)
- Experience in creating reliability calculations
- Knowledge of tools such as DOORS, FTA, Reliability Block Diagrams
- Ability to work in a team
- Willingness to travel occasionally
