WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- Technical management of the team, further training of team members, capacity planning
- Management of the development of printed circuit boards for electronic assemblies in the vehicle sector with deadline and budget control at team level
- Management of subcontractors in the awarding of development activities
- Designing and evaluating the development of printed circuit boards in the bidding phase
- Selection and application of tools within the scope of development projects
- Continuous optimization of the development process based on current standards, such as V-model XT, IEC61508, ISO26262
- Tracking new technology and development trends
- Planning and monitoring internal development activities
- Reviewing and approving specifications, hardware circuit designs and drawing set documents for series production
WHAT QUALIFICATIONS YOU SHOULD HAVE
- Successfully completed studies in the field of communications engineering or comparable
- Several years of professional experience in electronics development
- Detailed knowledge in the field of analog and digital circuit development
- Experience in the field of hardware-related software development
- Experience in the use of commercially available development tools for circuit design
- Good understanding of manufacturing processes in electronics production
- Extensive experience in the area of requirements management
- Good command of written and spoken English
- Communication skills
- Willingness to travel
