Design Engineer Mechanical (m/f/d)

• Design new engineering products and processes for RAM production
• Craft models and drawings of products using CAD Improve existing products and processes
• Find creative design solutions to problems Present prototypes and designs to customers and project managers
• Good understanding of safety standards and environmental impact of a design
• Maintain documentation and records on the products and write detailed reports to make them accessible to various department heads Knowledge of technology and material advancements

• Successfully completed studies in mechanical-, aerospace engineering or similar
• Previous experience as a Design Engineer or in a similar role
• Highly experienced in the design and proof of rotating electric machines
• Strong technical knowledge in mechanical and composite design methodologies (e.g., fibers, matrix systems, laminate theory, aging)
• Knowledge and experience of product integrity / liability and certification frameworks
• Knowledge of Polarion and Teamcenter appreciated, but not necessarily needed
• Experience using CAD software special INVENTOR; knowledge of SolidWorks advantageous
• Very good Romanian and English (C1) language skills both written and spoken
• Ability to apply logical and analytical thinking on a range of technical problems and make balanced decisions across technical and business parameters
• Desire to work in an interdisciplinary and agile team to drive innovative design solutions
• Good communication and presentation skills at all levels of the organization
