MES Customization Specialist F-35 (m/f/d)

Rheinmetall Aviation Services GmbH (RAS) is ready to enter a new market and is taking on new tasks in the aviation sector! We are starting to produce centre fuselage sections for the most advanced and capable fighter aircraft in the world, the F-35.

• Development of customer-specific modules and functions based on Siemens MES solutions
• Configuration and customization of Siemens MES solutions according to the company's specific requirements
• Seamless integration of Siemens MES with other production systems such as S4/HANA and SCADA
• Conducting tests, error analysis and correction, and documentation of customer-specific adaptations
• Close collaboration with various departments such as production, IT, engineering and quality control to understand and implement customer-specific requirements

• In-depth understanding of Siemens Manufacturing Execution Systems, including SIMATIC IT MES, Teamcenter X and Camstar & Opcenter
• Advanced programming skills in Siemens environments such as SIMATIC IT and, if applicable, in Java and SQL
• Several years of professional experience as a Siemens MES specialist in the manufacturing industry
• Degree in computer science, business informatics or a comparable qualification
• Competence in selecting, configuring and customizing Siemens MES solutions to the specific requirements of the company
• Experience in developing customized modules and functions based on Siemens MES solutions
• Experience in working with various departments such as production, IT, engineering and quality control
• Very good knowledge of written and spoken English
• Ability to respond quickly to changing requirements and technologies and to develop appropriate solutions with Siemens MES
