Mr. Reinhard Müller is not a member of any statutory Supervisory Boards or comparable control committees of commercial enterprises in Germany or abroad.

Biography

Reinhard Müller joined the former Thyssen Henschel GmbH in September 1978 and completed a skilled worker apprenticeship as a machinist, which he successfully completed in January 1982. In 1997, he was elected for the first time to the works council of Henschel Wehrtechnik GmbH, the predecessor company of Rheinmetall Landsysteme GmbH, which was founded in 1996. Since 2010, Mr. Müller has been an exempt works council member and since then he was the chairman of the works council of Rheinmetall Landsysteme GmbH at the Kassel site until March 2022. Since March 2022, Mr. Müller has continued to be an exempt works council member at the Kassel site. Mr. Müller has also been an elected member of the Group Works Council of Rheinmetall AG since 2010. Mr. Müller has also been an elected member of the European Works Council of Rheinmetall AG since 2014, for which he has served as Chairman since 2017. He has been Deputy Chairman of the European Works Council since September 2023.

Reinhard Müller has been a member of IG Metall since 1978 and has been a member of IG Metall's defense technology working group since 2010, and additionally of its steering committee since 2017.
