Female quotas at Rheinmetall AG‘s Executive Board
a) 1 July 2022 to 30 June 2025
For the period from 1 July 2022 to 30 June 2025, Rheinmetall AG‘s Supervisory Board resolved that Rheinmetall AG‘s Executive Board shall have one female member.
This exceeds statutory requirements, which mandate the appointment of at least one female member on boards comprising more than three members. This applies to listed companies subject to the German Participation Act (Mitbestimmungsgesetz).
b) 1 July 2017 to 30 June 2022
For the period from 1 July 2017 to 30 June 2022, Rheinmetall AG‘s Supervisory Board set a target for female members on Rheinmetall AG‘s Executive Board of 0%. This target was met as of 30 June 2022.
