D&O insurance

Rheinmetall has taken out directors' and officers' liability insurance covering the activities of the members of the Executive and Supervisory Boards. For the Executive Board, this insurance provides for the deductible required by law under Section 93 (2) sentence 3 German Stock Corporation Act (AktG). In accordance with Section 13 (4) of the Articles of Incorporation, the members of the Supervisory Board are included in the D&O insurance policy with an appropriate deductible in the interests of the Company.
