Contract Specialist

Rheinmetall Hungary Munitions Zrt., a member of the Rheinmetall Group, is looking for a Contract Specialist to join its new factory in Várpalota. We would like to hire a colleague with excellent communication skills and precision to manage and monitor our company's contracts by performing the following main tasks:

• Coordinate tasks across various departments to ensure contract-compliant order processing
• Serve as the main interface between the customer and the company
• Manage and streamline processes until the delivery in order to meet contractual obligations efficiently
• Maintain regular contact with customers holding long-term contracts to ensure smooth delivery schedules as well as organize and lead meetings with them
• Address and resolve customer queries or issues related to order processing
• Handle the invoicing process, ensuring accurate and timely billing
• Monitor contract-related payments
• Utilize SAP SD (Sales and Distribution) module to record orders, issue invoices, and manage order-related data
• Provide regular updates to management on order fulfillment progress, including potential risks and mitigation strategies

• 3-5 years of order processing experience in an industrial company
• Fluent written and oral Business English and Hungarian language skills is a must
• At minimum secondary level education focused on economics
• Excellent communication skills
• Experience in customer communication/contact
• Confident in MS-Office
• Knowledge of SAP R3 SD module is of advantage
• Experience or openness to digital solutions
• Goal-oriented and independent way of working as well as the ability to analyse and solve complex situations
