About the Team
Based at MILVEHCOE (Military Vehicle Centre of Excellence) Redbank, our engineering team support our Vehicle Systems division. You will support configuration management across all our variants for Land 400 Phase 2. This is a rare chance to join a collaborative team of engineers, technical specialists and analysts.
About the Role
The Configuration Controller (CC) is responsible to develop, implement and manage plans, processes and procedures to ensure that configuration baselines, and technical artefacts and datasets, are suitably maintained to meet Rheinmetall Defence Australia projects availability, safety, quality, cost, schedule and contract requirements.
The Configuration Controller performs day-to-day CM tasks, including managing data, parts, software and documents in soft and hardcopy using Company systems and processes. The Configuration Controller also ensures project related data is created and maintained within a strong governance and consistent process across the Company.

The experience and skillset best suited to this role includes:
- Experience in Configuration management and Change management;
- Strong all round IT skills including Microsoft Office Suite to (advanced) and advanced knowledge of MS Office and PDM systems;
- Skill in dealing with parts lists and drawings; and
- Must hold or be eligible to obtain an Australian Government Security Clearance (must hold Australian Citizenship).
