WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- Responsible for module support and customizing of the SAP modules SD and CS as well as other non-SAP applications
- Coordination and management of external IT service providers as part of IT project work and topics in the application areas (SAP or non-SAP)
- Standardization and harmonization as well as optimization and further development of our system and application landscape and services in the area of Sales & Aftersales, including SAP S/4
- Active participation in innovative AMS projects, from planning, coordination and implementation to taking over (partial) project management
- Advising and supporting our business partners (m/f/d) in the context of process-related support and optimization, new development and design of business processes in the application landscape in the area of Sales & Aftersales
- Collaboration in the creation of technical solution/implementation concepts and realignment of existing applications, primarily in the area of logistics
- Supporting key users (m/f/d) in the SAP modules SD and CS as well as non-SAP applications in 2nd and 3rd level support
The position can be filled at the locations Düsseldorf, Berlin, Bremen, Kassel, Kiel, Unterlüß, and Neuenstadt.
WHAT QUALIFICATIONS YOU SHOULD HAVE
- Successfully completed studies in (business) informatics, economics or training with a comparable background
- Several years of professional experience in consulting and application management, especially in the area of sales and related logistics processes
- Several years of experience in managing external service providers and coordinating internal colleagues (m/f/d)
- Good to very good knowledge in the SAP SD & CS environment (customizing, debugging, etc.)
- Extensive knowledge and experience in the field of business process modeling and (IT) project management
- Knowledge of customs-related applications such as AEB, Dakosy, Zerberus or SAP GTS desirable
- Enthusiasm to set up a professional in-house application operation and project support for various sales & aftersales applications
- Very good written and spoken German and English language skills
- Intercultural competence and project-related willingness to travel internationally (10-20%)
