WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- Analyze costs of production
- Calculate production
- Labor and material cost for better decision-making
- Investigating production problems and find solution with design engineer to solve them
- Find ways to reduce costs and maximize quality
WHAT QUALIFICATIONS YOU SHOULD HAVE
- Completed university degree in industrail engineering, mechanical engineering or a comparable field of study
- Strong technical and economic understanding
- Good knowledge of MS Office, SAP (R3 and/or S/4Hana) and PDM/PLM Systems (Oracle Agile or Siemens Teamcenter)
- Profound professional experience (3-4 years) in work planning for complex products/investments goods in industrial environments
- Good knowledge of Lean Manufacturing
- Analytical, business management and methodical thinking and action
- Flexibility, independent and team-oriented way of working
- High level of comprehension and communication skills
- Very good knowledge of the Romanian and English language (level C1)
- Willingness to travel in Europe
