WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- Ensuring that production is carried out on schedule in accordance with quality standards
- Planning and organization of resources
- Goal-orientied, cooperative management and supervision of the pesonnel to ensure production processes
- Continuous improvement of existing poduction processes
- Development of the suggestion system through moderation
- Cost controlling and reporting to the management
- Monitoring of the production process by means of relevant KPIs
WHAT QUALIFICATIONS YOU SHOULD HAVE
- Mechanical engineering, automotive engineering, plant engineering or similar degree
- At least 6 years of professional experience as a production / manufacturing manager in a manufacturing company in the special mechanical engineering or automotive sector
- Strong user knowledge of the Lean Management Method and 6S
- Experience in defense technology or the armed forces advantageous
- Experience in working with an ERP system advantageous
- Very good knowledge of the Romanian language (level C1)
- Good knowledge of English
- Strong leadership skills
