WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

As a hardware development engineer in the field of verification, you will develop test concepts in accordance with the V-model and DIN EN 61508 and be responsible for the verification of hardware components and systems. Your tasks include:

  • Analyzing and coordinating complex technical relationships in hardware development
  • Designing, planning, developing and integrating test environments
  • Creating test software in script and high-level languages
  • Specifying and conducting functional tests with DOORS
  • Coordinating with the development and quality departments
WHAT QUALIFICATIONS YOU SHOULD HAVE
  • Completed university or university of applied sciences degree in the field of electrical engineering, communications engineering or a comparable degree
  • Good technical understanding and judgment
  • Several years of experience in hardware development or hardware verification
  • Ability to formulate specifications in a comprehensible and precise manner
  • Desirable: Experience in the development of safety-related assemblies according to DIN EN 61508
  • Good written and spoken English
  • Basic willingness to travel
