WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
  • Technical management of the team, further training of team members, capacity planning
  • Design and evaluation of electrical subsystems and assemblies in the offer phase for the vehicle integration laboratories
  • Management and coordination of the development and installation of the integration labs with deadline and budget control at team level
  • Management of subcontractors in the external assignment of development activities
  • Checking and approving the work results of team members and subcontractors
  • Further development and application of technical guidelines, e.g. with regard to electrical engineering specialists
  • Monitoring the further development of new electrical components and production technologies
  • Coordination with the project coordination team
WHAT QUALIFICATIONS YOU SHOULD HAVE
  • Successfully completed studies in the field of communications engineering or comparable
  • Several years of professional experience in the desired field
  • Detailed knowledge of the design of electrical systems in the vehicle sector
  • Experience with military requirements and standards
  • CAD knowledge, especially E3 Series
  • Experience in the area of requirements management and the use of DOORS
  • Willingness to travel occasionally
  • Good command of written and spoken English
