WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- Technical responsibility for complex partial / complete systems
- Definition of installation spaces and interfaces as well as carrying out installation space analyses
- Creation and management of weight and energy balances
- Creation of concepts and feasibility studies at sub / overall system level as well as specifications and ICDs at sub / overall system level
- Development and visualization of concepts in CAD
- Creation of parts lists and structures
- Creation of a DMU (digital mock-up)
- Design of components for the rapid realization of demonstrators
- Development of quantity structures, management plans and schedules
- Coordination and management of work packages that are processed internally or externally
- Cooperation / coordination with other departments (logistics, purchasing, production, etc.) and external suppliers and service providers
- Carrying out reviews (internal / external)
WHAT QUALIFICATIONS YOU SHOULD HAVE
- Successfully completed university studies in the field of mechanical engineering, mechatronics or comparable
- Several years of professional experience in the desired field
- Military background is an advantage
- Very good knowledge of CAD design with Siemens NX
- Good knowledge of DOORS, PLM and MS Office
- Industry knowledge from the defense industry or automotive is an advantage
- Very good written and spoken English skills
- High degree of flexibility and stress resistance
- Willingness to travel occasionally
