Project Manager Panther Future Systems (m/f/d)

• Leading interdisciplinary and international project teams in a matrix organization as part of research and development programs/projects with a focus on Main Battle Tank (Panther) Future Systems
• Ensuring the achievement of quality, cost and deadline targets
• Preparation of (feasibility) studies as a basis for decision-making
• Reporting on the project status to the management organization
• Continuous planning, creation and maintenance of projects
• Coordination and management of stakeholders from various Rheinmetall companies in an international environment

• Completed university degree in mechanical engineering, industrial engineering, electrical engineering, mechatronics, computer science, automotive engineering or similar
• Professional experience in project management and good knowledge of engineering
• Experience in research and development
• Knowledge of the defense, automotive or aerospace industry is an advantage
• Very good command of the English language
• Independent and structured way of working
• Strong communication skills and a high degree of initiative and flexibility
• Willingness to travel internationally
