WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- Design new engineering products and processes for RAM production
- Craft models and drawings of products using CAD Improve existing products and processes
- Find creative design solutions to problems Present prototypes and designs to customers and project managers
- Good understanding of safety standards and environmental impact of a design
- Maintain documentation and records on the products and write detailed reports to make them accessible to various department heads Knowledge of technology and material advancements
WHAT QUALIFICATIONS YOU SHOULD HAVE
- Study degree in mechanical or aerospace engineering or similar professional experience
- You are highly experienced in the design and proof of rotating electric machines
- Strong technical knowledge in mechanical and composite design methodologies (e.g., fibers, matrix systems, laminate theory, aging…) as well as related manufacturing processes
- Ability to apply logical, analytical and innovative thinking on a range of technical problems and make balanced decisions across technical and business parameters
- Knowledge and experience of product integrity / liability and certification frameworks
- Excellent modelling and composite design skills
- Desire to work in an interdisciplinary and agile team to drive innovative design solutions
- Knowledge of Polarion and Teamcenter appreciated, but not necessarily needed
- Good communication and presentation skills at all levels of the organization
- Previous experience as a Design Engineer or a similar role
- Experience using CAD software special INVENTOR; knowledge of SolidWorks is a plus
- Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a similar field
- Ability to present in front of stakeholders and managers
- Very good knowledge of the Romanian language (level C1)
