We are seeking an experienced Chief Operating Officer (COO) to oversee our organization's ongoing operations and procedures. This includes Program Management, Engineering, Supply Chain, Production and Warehouse.
Direct reports include VP Programs, VP Engineering, VP Supply Chain and Operations. As COO, you will be responsible for the efficiency of our business, managing key operational functions and implementing strategies that align with our overall goals.
Your Responsibilies:
- Develop and implement operational strategies to drive business growth and efficiency.
- Oversee daily operations, ensuring alignment with company objectives and KPIs.
- Collaborate with the executive team to formulate and execute the company’s strategic plan.
- Lead, mentor, and develop departmental heads to enhance overall performance and productivity.
- Monitor and analyze operational performance, identifying areas for improvement.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation throughout the organization.
- Manage budgets, forecasts, and resource allocation to ensure financial health.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards.
- Represent the company at key industry events and conferences.
- Proven experience as COO or in a similar leadership role.
- Strong understanding of corporate finance and performance management principles.
- Experience in strategic planning and business development.
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- A Military background is an advantage but not mandatory. You will get the training needed.
- Graduated within Engineering, Business Administration or equivalent education.
- Ability to obtain a NATO security clearance is required
