Team Leader Verification Engineer Hardware (m/f/d)

Rheinmetall Landsysteme GmbH develops electronic assemblies for use in military vehicles with high demands on reliability. The assemblies are developed using state-of-the-art components and production techniques for use in extreme EMC and environmental conditions. As part of a team, you can actively contribute to the verification of individual steps in the development process of the assemblies. As an experienced hardware developer (m/f/d), your task will be to verify new assemblies in the development process and after prototyping.

• Analyzing and coordinating complex technical relationships in hardware development
• Professional and technical leadership of a team
• Checking and releasing work results
• Leading the verification of hardware components, as well as the further development of the methods used
• Schedule and budget control at team level

• Completed technical college or university degree in communications engineering, technical electronics or a similar field
• Strong knowledge of electronic circuit design as well as analog and digital technology
• Experience in creating specifications
• Good technical understanding and judgment
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Good command of written and spoken English
• Basic willingness to travel occasionally
