Strategic Supplier Development Manager (m/f/d)

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
  • Creating balanced scorecards for strategically important suppliers 
  • Implementation of supplier evaluation and monitoring system
  • Derivation of supplier development programs and audit planning together with BU TAC
  • Needs-based provision of key figure reports on a monthly basis
  • Planning, implementation and follow-up of supplier audits based on the monitoring and audit program
  • Support for the Quality and Supply Chain department in processing supplier-related escalation topics
  • Releasing and / or blocking of suppliers
  • Monitoring of the qualifications and certifications of suppliers
  • If necessary, project-specific on-site support for critical suppliers / assemblies to ensure supply, with inclusion of the project organization
  • Harmonization of processes and tools according to the BU TAC organization (audit questionnaire, qualification of auditors, supplier qualification matrix, balanced scorecard)
  • Central interface for the qualification of suppliers according to specific company, customer or commodity requirements (e.g. approvals according to DIN 2303, VG, TL, etc.)
WHAT QUALIFICATIONS YOU SHOULD HAVE
  • Master’s degree in the field of engineering 
  • 5+ years of professional experience in supplier management, especially conducting audits in a relevant field (defence / automotive / metal etc)
  • Certified supplier auditor according to VDA 6.3
  • Knowledge of:
    1. QM-Methods
    2. Important ISO-Standards: DIN EN ISO 14001 / 45001 / 50001 and DIN EN ISO 19011
    3. AQAP 2010 and 2210
  • Fluent Hungarian & good oral and written English is a must, additionally German is an advantage
  • Good MS Office knowledge required (Excel, Word and Powerpoint)
  • SAP S/4 Hana knowledge is an advantage
  • Driver’s license B category
  • Strategic thinking
  • Ability to analyze information, assess the risks and make decisions
  • Proactiveness
  • Willingness to travel internationally
