WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

We are looking for a motivated process engineer (m/f/d) in the field of electronics, who will take over the production management at our location in Romania after an extensive training period in Kiel and will work there on a long-term basis. This role offers the opportunity to take on responsibility in a dynamic environment and to advance your career in the long term.

  • Guaranteeing the transfer of know-how from Kiel to Romania in the areas of equipment, documentation and manufacturing knowledge
  • Securing and developing an electronics production facility in Romania according to company specifications and certificates (e.g. ISO9001)
  • Acting as an interface between the CoE in Kiel and the new production facility in Romania, including on-site presence and business trips (approx. 50%)
WHAT QUALIFICATIONS YOU SHOULD HAVE
  • Successfully completed studies in the field of electrical engineering, industrial engineering with a focus on electrical engineering or comparable
  • Alternatively, a completed vocational training in the field of electronics / electrics with an additional qualification as a state-certified technician
  • Several years of professional experience in the desired field
  • In-depth production and project experience
  • Management experience, preferably acquired through leading activities in a production-related environment
  • Confident handling of MS Office and SAP applications
  • Good knowledge of German and/or English as well as very good knowledge of Romanian, both written and spoken
  • Strong communication and organizational skills as well as stress resilience
  • High willingness to travel
