WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

Support the HR Manager & NA Human Resources Director in a variety of Human Resource functions including day-to-day Human Resource administration, recruitment, benefits administration and assist with other HR Generalists tasks and Human Resource functions.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Assist with all on-site Human Resource activities
  • Employee On-Boarding
  • Organizational Charts
  • Functional knowledge of ADP payroll processing
  • Assist with Employee Relations
  • Assist with employee recruitment
  • Assist with STD, HIPAA, and FMLA
  • Keep track of annual employee training (including CoC, Handbook Acknowledgement, and other topics)
  • Manage external suppliers such as, apartments, lease cars, rental cars etc…
  • Other duties as assigned.
WHAT QUALIFICATIONS YOU SHOULD HAVE

REQUIRED MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • 3 years related experience in executive assistant role, human resources, or related customer service role.
  • Experience in various software such HRIS systems (ADP), PowerPoint, and Excel
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including public speaking and making presentations
  • Understanding of federal, state and city requirements
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities at the same time while meeting deadlines
  • Interpersonal skills, with the ability to establish effective professional relationships with employees and office leadership
