Technical Manager - Ammunition (m/f/d)

Functions:

• Responsible for the design and development (R&D) of the products
• Define the scope and specific technical objectives of the development project in collaboration with the product manager
• Quantify the costs and investment schedule of proposed development projects.
• Plan and control the development as project manager
• Convert user needs into technical requirements
• Responsible for the preparation of products technical documentation.
• Analyze engineering change proposals
• Lead and coordinate multidisciplinary teams during the project and product life cycle
• Ensure compliance with the technical requirements of the product during its life cycle
• Evaluate the status and monitor the development of the project
• Propose recommendations and initiatives for improvement
• Technical assistance to the Commercial and Operations departments
• Support the production organization with the manufacturing technical requirements
• Contribute to the strategic planning of product strategies
• Provide technical support with clients and marketing campaigns

Location: Av. del partenón, Madrid.

• Degree in engineering
• More than 5 years of experience designing and manufacturing industrial products
• More than 3 years of experience in product development of ammunition or military sub-systems
• More than 2 years of experience leading teams
• English advanced
• Travel availability
