WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
  • Technical management of the team, further training of team members, capacity planning
  • Management of the development of printed circuit boards for electronic assemblies in the vehicle sector with deadline and budget control at team level
  • Management of subcontractors in the awarding of development activities
  • Designing and evaluating the development of printed circuit boards in the bidding phase
  • Selection and application of tools within the scope of development projects
  • Continuous optimization of the development process based on current standards, such as V-model XT, IEC61508, ISO26262
  • Tracking new technology and development trends
  • Planning and monitoring internal development activities
  • Reviewing and approving specifications, hardware circuit designs and drawing set documents for series production
WHAT QUALIFICATIONS YOU SHOULD HAVE
  • Successfully completed studies in the field of communications engineering or comparable
  • Several years of professional experience in electronics development
  • Detailed knowledge in the field of analog and digital circuit development
  • Experience in the field of hardware-related software development
  • Experience in the use of commercially available development tools for circuit design
  • Good understanding of manufacturing processes in electronics production
  • Extensive experience in the area of requirements management
  • Good command of written and spoken English
  • Communication skills
  • Willingness to travel
