WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
  • Maintain customer contacts to stakeholders and promote harmonious business relationships.
  • Evaluate feedback from customers and stakeholders and trigger improvement procedures accordingly
  • Contractually secure with regard to deliverables and obligations including service level agreements (SLAs)
  • Lead the customer through periodic service review meetings and agreed governance meetings.
  • Interpret and maintain appropriate operational reports SLAs and key performance indicators (KPIs) through the data reporting produced by the operations teams.
  • Ensure reliable, quality delivery of all contract deliverables and show improved ways if needed.
  • Good understanding of application management and deployed infrastructure technologies
  • Ensure support and service delivery processes meet business requirements.
  • Review, improve and update the IT Service Catalog and SLAs.
  • Trigger and monitor cost model optimization.
  • Hands-on experience in handling new service requests
  • Interface for running operations to the operations teams and the project teams.

This position can be filled at the locations Düsseldorf, Berlin, Bremen, Kassel, Kiel, Unterlüß & Neuenstadt.

WHAT QUALIFICATIONS YOU SHOULD HAVE
  • Successfully completed studies in the field of (business) computer science or comparable training
  • Several years of professional experience in Service Delivery Management
  • Understanding of ITIL processes, certifications are desirable
  • Experience in practical usage of Service Now is a plus
  • Structured and quality-oriented way of working in a new team
  • Strong communication skills, customer focus and service orientation
  • Ability to summarize complex topics
  • Fluent in English and German
