WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
  • Project management of a pilot project for the introduction of a global time recording system
  • Coordinating internal and external resources to implement planned activities on time and within budget
  • Responsibility for the project budget
  • Regular status reports and information for stakeholders
  • Conducting the requirements analysis and creating implementation concepts
  • Creation of test concepts and execution of user acceptance tests
  • Preparation and implementation of expert trainings
  • Support and coordination of incident, change and problem management for the global time recording system
  • Maintenance and servicing of the system, including release changes
  • Contributing to the product strategy and roadmap
WHAT QUALIFICATIONS YOU SHOULD HAVE
  • Completed studies in business administration with a focus on human resources, business informatics or a comparable degree
  • Solid experience in project management as well as in the introduction and further development of HR IT systems
  • Experience in managing smaller projects or sub-projects
  • Good knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel & PowerPoint)
  • First experiences in managing a payroll system are an advantage
  • Knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors is an advantage
  • Very good written and spoken Hungarian and English
  • German, Spanish, Italian, Chinese or French skills are an advantage
  • Willingness to travel for business
