Finance Director (m/f/d)

As the Finance Director, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing financial operations, guiding business strategy and ensuring the efficient management of resources to support the business.

The experience and skillset best suited to this role includes:

• Meet and over-achieve all financial performance indicators;
• Strategic and operational development of the company;
• Successful leadership to the finance department;
• Ensure transparency about the development of key performance indicators, risks and opportunities;
• Monitor performance with tracking, establish corrective measures as needed, and prepare detailed reports, both current and forecasting;
• Work with the senior management to develop budgets;
• Provide project finance information; and
• Perform risk management and manage contracts, grant compliance.

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, economics, mathematics or similar, and professional qualifications
• Must understand financial management principles, such as accounting, budgeting, forecasting, treasury and financial analysis
• Knowledge of HMRC and regulations
• Strong leadership skills
