As the Finance Director, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing financial operations, guiding business strategy and ensuring the efficient management of resources to support the business.

The experience and skillset best suited to this role includes:
- Meet and over-achieve all financial performance indicators;
- Strategic and operational development of the company;
- Successful leadership to the finance department;
- Ensure transparency about the development of key performance indicators, risks and opportunities;
- Monitor performance with tracking, establish corrective measures as needed, and prepare detailed reports, both current and forecasting;
- Work with the senior management to develop budgets;
- Provide project finance information; and
- Perform risk management and manage contracts, grant compliance.
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, economics, mathematics or similar, and professional qualifications
- Must understand financial management principles, such as accounting, budgeting, forecasting, treasury and financial analysis
- Knowledge of HMRC and regulations
- Strong leadership skills
