Engineering Project Lead

• Consulting and support of project managers and integrators regarding the analysis, description and modeling of capabilities, processes and systems.
• Development of a maturity management system for tracking and reporting the individual specific functions.
• Management of cross-functional issues with the appropriate subject matter experts in FEA, EMC, Human Factors, Safety, Environment and Legislation.
• Manage and report on all work packages in terms of cost, time, and maturity, as well as monitor all risks and remedial actions.

• Experience in management and planning processes.
• Completed engineering studies, e.g. mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, automotive engineering, mechatronics or comparable.
• Fluency in written and spoken Dutch and English.
• Willingness to take occasional business trips.

• A salary of €4.400 to €7.000 depending on work experience
• Employment contract for the duration of one year with the possibility of a permanent contract
• Generous leave: 27 vacation days, 13 ADV days.
