• Apply best practice scheduling techniques to develop, implement and manage
    schedules across multiple projects
  • Ensure the development of a Project schedule has the capability to generate and be managed against standard KPIs
  • Generate accurate and timely schedule reporting
  • Understand, analyse and report on schedule progress, key drivers and critical path
  • Understand, analyse and report on Project progress in terms of Earned Value
  • Develop and apply schedule processes that are part of the wider project planning & control processes
  • Support ad hoc Project Management requirements and deliverables
  • Participate in project workshops to support the development and management of the project schedule
  • Assist with the analysis related to the impact of potential risks and issues
  • Provide guidance and training to other schedule users about how to best develop, use and understand schedule and Earned Value Management data, based on best practice techniques


  • Degree in technical or commercial field of study
  • Several years of experience in a similar position
  • Sound knowledge of project management, especially in project controlling
  • Experience with Earned Value and Risk Management desirable
  • Understanding of planning techniques and tools
  • Structured, careful and independent working approach
  • Very good spoken and written English and Hungarian (business fluency)
  • Excellent understanding of IT, familiarity with central modules and functions in SAP
  • Confident, situation-appropriate demeanor
  • Willingness to travel
