• Provide leadership and direction during High Priority incidents. Demonstrate absolute command and control, whilst maintaining an overall incident perspective and ensuring the Incident Management processes (according to ITIL) are followed
  • Deliver results and achieve SLA/KPI performance by focusing on effective cross functional team working
  • Co-ordinate and facilitate the communication and escalation processes during High Priority incidents
  • Proactively monitor incident resolution, analyze and highlight trends and root causes to Problem Management and/or relevant support teams
  • Produce clearly written Post-Incident reporting within agreed SLAs, assisting with Post-Incident Reviews where required
  • Compile and publish operational incident reports detailing high profile outages
  • Facilitate key Incident related forums where required
  • Fully support the Major Incident Management and Service Desk teams where necessary
  • Champion quality standards and Service Management processes ensuring compliance across all operational teams


  • Successful studies in computer science, completed training as an IT specialist (m/f/d) or a comparable qualification with corresponding professional experience
  • Troubleshooting skills in a support environment, including a strong sense of commitment
  • Ability to lead with integrity and remain calm in stressful situations
  • Ability to translate technical incidents into business terms
  • Highly motivated team player with a successful track record of direct leadership
  • An in-depth understanding of network-based cyber security solutions in the IT/OT environment would be an advantage
  • Lead incident manager certification to ISO/IEC 27035 would be an advantage
  • Fluency in spoken and written English and German
