• Developing embedded software for live simulation components (battle simulation)
  • Design and implement real-time applications
  • Implementing measurement and code transmission procedures of laser simulation for 1-way, 2-way and scanning systems while ensuring interoperability with various code systems
  • Software control of tracer reflections, implementation of simulation procedures for ballistic weapons, unguided missiles and guided weapons
  • Collaboration in the design and implementation of a cross-sectional software architecture for laser-based simulators
  • Analysing simulation-relevant processes in real systems for implementation in the required system software
  • Developing the necessary software for test equipment and special operating equipment
  • Documentation of the development steps and results as well as preparation of training and production documents


  •  Completed Master's degree / diploma in electrical engineering / electronics or comparable
  • Ideally, you already have experience with military duel simulation systems ("live simulation") or other optronic systems, but even if you have previously worked on other products or are currently completing your studies, we would be happy to receive your application
  • Experience in embedded software development (C)
  • Knowledge of electronics and FPGA development as well as functional safety and IT security
  • Knowledge of the XILINX Ultracsale / ARM architecture
  • Good knowledge of English, especially technical English
  • Good knowledge of German
  • Goal-oriented, independent and systematic way of working as well as very good organisational skills
