WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

  • Manages the implementation of Configuration Management (CM) procedures and operating instructions, establishes a method aiming at continuously improving those.
  • Conducts project-related CM and run typical CM tasks such as creation of CM Plan, identification of Configuration Items, Change Control, Configuration Status Accounting (CSA) and audits
  • Reviews and analyzes released engineering change data and coordinates changes
  • Analyzes impact of changes on documents 
  • Reviews Request for Proposals (RFP’s) to identify and analyze special CM requirements
  • Provides input for selection and identification of hardware/software configuration end items
  • Supports contractual and process-related baselines and schedules
  • Coordinates CM requirements with Customer or subcontractors representatives
  • Conducts a project-related Configuration Change Board
  • Processes engineering change requests, Government and Customer change proposals through the PLM system
  • Maintains Status Accounting records through the Product Life Cycle
  • Assists with formal and informal configuration audits 
  • Builds up and leads a team

WHAT QUALIFICATIONS YOU SHOULD HAVE

  • Bachelor or Master degree in Business or Systems Engineering (Mechanical or Electrical) and 5+ years of related experience or Vocational or Technical training
  • Good application knowledge in ERP and PLM system
  • Business fluent in English, Hungarian language skills desirable
  • Strong analytical thinking and people leading experience
  • Willingness to travel 
  • Knowledge of the DIN ISO 10007
