WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- Lead, plan, manage, and document projects or programs of varying size and
complexity and perform required activities across all project phases - Responsible for ensuring that IT projects and the IT portions of business projects meet
set budget and time constraints, as well as promised quality levels - Reporting, communication, and coordination of project results and details with
management and business departments - Controlling of interdisciplinary - partly also virtual - project teams and external
partners - Requirement analysis and solution design in coordination with the business or IT
departments (e.g. IT demand management) - Conducting workshops and project meetings
- Identifying and coordinating dependencies, changes, and risks in program and project
planning - Managing conflicts of goals and interests
- Efficient communication between internal as well as external project participants
- Contact with committees such as IT security works council, and data protection
WHAT QUALIFICATIONS YOU SHOULD HAVE
- Completed studies in (business) informatics, engineering, technical business
administration, or a comparable qualification - Several years of experience in managing IT projects and knowledge of various
process models - Detail-oriented, technically proficient thinking and ability to multitask
- Experience in risk management
- Experience in requirements analysis and conceptual design
- Ideally certificates in project leadership/project management (PMI, Prince,
- GPM/IPMA) and knowledge of agile methods (Scrum, Kanban)
- Ability to learn new topics quickly; curiosity and a positive attitude towards
constant renewal and innovation - Strong analytical skills, high organizational ability
- Excellent interpersonal skills as well as the ability to assert yourself and work
successfully in networks regardless of functional and hierarchical reporting lines - Very good knowledge of Hungarian and English, both written and spoken
- German is a plus
