The Career Orientation Center offers career starters support in determining their professional position, sharpening their self-image and reflecting on further training options and career goals.

The Career Development Center is particularly aimed at experienced employees who are looking for a career step into management. Together we evaluate which career is the right one for you.

The Management Appraisal is designed exclusively for experienced managers (executives, top management) who are planning their next career step.

We offer further tailor-made evaluation tools, such as 360° degree feedback, for an individual assessment.

Our competence model serves as a basis for evaluations and the development measures for employees.

Based on our corporate values of respect, trust and openness, the competency model uses 13 competencies on four levels to measure which skills and abilities can be developed or promoted to improve performance.

Critical factors that cannot be balanced in the evaluation are integrity, value-based cooperation, decision-making under uncertainty and inspiring leadership.
