As a Technical Programme Manager (m/f/d) in the field of flight simulation, you will be responsible for the technical management of the technical development team and make a significant contribution to the success of our company with your experience in managing technical programmes and your passion for innovation and technology.
Become part of a motivated, international team and work with us to develop innovative training simulators such as Level-D full flight simulators, rear crew training systems for military transport aircraft, training solutions for ground crew and many other exciting products.
Your tasks include:
- Responsibility for the creation of concepts for systems and subsystems through to the implementation of system integration and error detection
- Carrying out technical proposal presentations and negotiating technical content with customers on site
- Carrying out technical risk management/claim management
- Responsible representation of the project internally and externally
- Monitoring the degree of progress and outflow of funds
- Planning and execution of internal and external acceptance tests
- Management of suppliers and subcontractors
- Carrying out reporting and presenting the development results in project status meetings
- Completed technical studies
- Extensive professional experience in a systems engineering department
- Many years of experience in the technical management of (military) flight simulation projects
- High intercultural competence
- Business fluent in English (written and spoken), especially technical English
- Willingness to travel worldwide
