WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- Expertise in wiring harness assembly, soldering, crimping, and cable termination processes
- Experience working with military-grade components and materials, such as MILSPEC connectors, heat shrink tubing and braided shielding
- Key role in producing high-performance cable solutions critical to defense operations
- Interpret technical drawings, wiring diagrams, and schematics with precision
WHAT QUALIFICATIONS YOU SHOULD HAVE
- Successfully completed high school diploma or equivalent
- Technical certification or diploma in Electronics, Electrical Engineering or comparable
- Several years of hands-on experience in cable assembly, wiring or a related technical field
- Previous work in cable making or the defense industry highly desirable
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings, wiring diagrams and schematics
- Hands-on expertise in soldering, crimping, cable testing and working with diagnostic tools (e.g., multimeters, continuity testers)
- Eligibility to obtain and maintain a security clearance (if required by the project)
- Physical ability to handle repetitive tasks and work with small components as required
- Excellent Romanian and fluent German language skills
- Strong attention to detail and precision in working with small and sensitive components
- Problem-solving skills to troubleshoot faults and ensure product reliability
- Ability to adapt and perform in high-pressure, deadline-driven environments
- Willingness to work flexible hours to meet project timelines
- A proactive approach to identifying and resolving technical issues, ensuring compliance with strict defense industry standards
