WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- Oversee the physical, personal and travel security provisions
- Supervising state classified data management, as the deputy head of security
- Review reports on security incidents and breaches, investigate and resolve issues
- Analyze security data to form proposals for improvements, develop reports for Rheinmetall Head of Security Romania.
- Constantly assess and mitigate potential security threats faced by the company
- Continuous research of the latest renovation in security advancements and looking for ways to make security operation more efficient, while being aware of the financial repercussions
- Support and implementation of risk analyses, certifications and audits
- Monitoring compliance-relevant laws, guidelines and best practices
- Supporting compliance investigations as required (focus on fraud and corruption prevention)
- Preparation of regular compliance reports for the Division Compliance Officer
- Conception, organization and implementation of compliance training courses
WHAT QUALIFICATIONS YOU SHOULD HAVE
- Successfully completed studies in law, business law, business administration with a focus on law and/or compliance, or a comparable field of study
- Several years of professional experience in the desired field, initial management experience desirable
- Completed relevant security or information security related University Master Degree is an advantage
- Strong understanding of the law and knowledge of compliance management
- Confident handling of common MS Office applications and common audit IT
- Strong communication skills as well as an independent and autonomous way of working
- “B” category driving license mandatory
- Excellent Romanian and fluent English language reporting skills
- Affinity for regulatory and policy issues in matrix structures
- Willingness to travel occasionally
