Commercial evaluation of requests for quotations and associated services
Preparation and processing of commercial quotations and contract negotiations as well as support in setting up processes
Calculation of prices according to the calculation guidelines national and international
Participation in contract negotiations with customers and partner companies, taking responsibility for the commercial aspects of projects
Commercial contract processing towards the customer (invoices, delivery documents, etc.) and alignment with the specialist departments (regarding guarantee processing, letters of credit, forward exchange transactions, etc.)
Interface to project controlling and accounting

WAS SIE MITBRINGEN SOLLTEN

Completed commercial university degree or comparable course of study
Experience with the preparation, negotiation and processing of export contracts as well as the necessary legal bases (e.g. AWG, KWKG and OECD guidelines)
Knowledge of ABBV, ABEI, VOL/A and VOL/B as well as the prices and price checks of the contracting authority
Very good knowledge of SAP R/3, MS Office
Very good command of written and spoken English
Willingness to travel
Goal-oriented and independent working style, commitment and initiative
Intercultural competence and basic negotiating skills
