System Safety Manager

• Drafting (partial) specifications in accordance with contract requirements for outsourcing.
• Assessment of externally performed tests and analysis of test results.
• Proper management of data, design documents, reports, etc. in automated systems.
• Compliance with established work processes, engineering methodologies and procedures such as (international) standards, business rules and work regulations, as well as safety, environment and security regulations.
• Evaluating designs of other engineers based on System Safety requirements.

• Minimum HBO work and/or thinking level.
• Preferably an education in a technical field (mechanical engineering, vehicle technology or electrical engineering/electronics).
• Knowledge of automated software systems such as MS Office, DOORS PDM.
• System Safety principles according to MIL STD 882.
• Analytical thinking skills and affinity with System Safety.
• Related (international) legislation and regulations.
• Dutch and English in speaking and writing.

• A salary of €4.400 to €7.000 depending on work experience
• Employment contract for the duration of one year with the possibility of a permanent contract
• Generous leave: 27 vacation days, 13 ADV days

• Travel allowance of € 0.23 net/km if you come by car or € 0.40 net/km if you come by bike
