PARA QUÉ LE BUSCAMOS
- Processing strategies with the aim of achieving continuous improvement potential with regard to internal company processes and the organizational structure
- Leading, motivating and developing employees in the area of responsibility, ensuring the design of an organizational structure and process organization that meets requirements
- Initiate measures in case of target/actual deviations
- Leading and executing activities with the goal of adherence to time, content & cost
- Initiate measures in case of target/actual deviations, if necessary in coordination with the superior
- Develop and implement the strategy for the area of responsibility and initiate measures in the event of deviations from the target/actual in coordination with the supervisor
- Ensure or carry out know-how transfer and further development of knowledge
Location: Madrid, Spain.
QUÉ DEBE APORTAR
- Bachelors Engineering degree. Masters Degree preferable
- 10+ years Operational Excellence and development of new systems experience
- Experience in Industrial sector
- Fluent English language skills (B2/C1)
- Willingness to travel frequent and for long periods within South Africa and Europe
- Soft Skills

- Communication Skills
